Bald&Pizza
In this game you are a bald guy, he needs to eat pizza or he will starve, but as we all know You are what you consume, so make sure you don't eat the rotten pizza :D

Yellow Pizza = Good
Redish Pizza = Rotten (don't eat)

Install the zip file, after that make sure you extract the files and play the .exe that has an icon.
